The Academy of Reflective Wellness strives to give each student the knowledge and techniques necessary to help clients achieve balance. Imbalances whether it be physical, mental or emotional which all has a spiritual impact on each of us, can then be encouraged to level out. Reflexology encourages the body to return to a healthier ebb and flow rather than the extremes that result in illness. Rather elegant. Wouldn't you agree?

At the End of the Day
At The End of The Day......
Today marks the last of the last class for my dear students Katie Lynne Watkins and Manuela Tautan. They've studied hard. They've allowed me to pick their brains after stuffing them full on not one but two major exams. They performed beautifully. Their techniques are exquisite. They've asked great questions.
Their creativity has been impressive. And they have plans. Big plans. To make their world a better place. Look for an outstanding Reflexologist in Manuela in the High Point NC area. Katie Lynne has her eye on not only the Cleveland NC area but Ithica NY.
I look forward to seeing them at the North Carolina Reflexology Association meetings and events. We've worked hard to distinguish ourselves here in NC in the education of Reflexology in all it's various comThe Academy of Reflective Wellness welcomes you to the ranks of Certified Reflexologists.
modities. Students like these reap the benefits of those efforts.
I look forward to helping you achieve your goals for ARCB as you become National Board Certified.
But for today, Happy Graduation. Good luck with all your tomorrows.
